My career in mental health began in 2011 and I have since worked in the NHS, forensic, private and charitable sectors. I have worked across a range of mental health problems and found my passion in helping others overcome trauma. I specialise in providing clinical assessment and evidence-based interventions for trauma-related difficulties including PTSD, C-PTSD, moral injury, traumatic grief and other complex presentations.
