Fortitude Psychological Therapy Service is psychological therapy service with several clinical associates.

When you use our website we will collect details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, operating system, browser usage and other communication data. This website uses cookies.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. Your information is stored safely in our database and is not shared with any third parties. Information is shared with clinical associates if you consent to their clinical input. We will not use the information for any other purpose that it was originally intended.
Payment transaction information is held for a maximum of eight years from the date of purchase for accounting and taxation purposes to meet statutory obligations.
Through the course of you accessing my services, some administrative functions may be outsourced. Your data will be handled with the strictest confidentiality an all external providers are subject to a confidentiality agreement.
If you have any concerns about how I have used, stored, shared or handled your personal information, you can make a data protection complaint by contacting me at shelley@fortitudepsychologicaltherapy.co.uk. Please include your name, contact details and a brief explanation of your concerns. I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receipt. I will then take appropriate steps to look into the circumstances of the complaint which may include making appropriate enquiries, seeking further information. This will be done without undue delay and I will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the response you have the right to raise your concern with the information commissioners office.
